1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PayApp Audit AI ("the Service"), operated by Cuvo Technology ("we," "our," or "us") at payapp.cuvotech.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PayApp Audit AI provides automated document analysis and mathematical discrepancy detection for commercial construction payment applications, specifically AIA Document G702 and G703 forms, continuation sheets, and related schedules of values. The Service extracts document data and runs programmatic arithmetic verification to highlight calculation errors.

3. User Accounts and Subscription Plans

To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You agree to maintain the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We offer pay-per-use audit passes, audit bundles, and recurring monthly and annual subscriptions ("Pro Unlimited").

4. Payments, Billing, and Merchant of Record

Our order process and payment services are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries, returns, and sales tax compliance for transactions processed through the Service. By purchasing passes or subscriptions, you authorize Paddle to charge your specified payment method for the agreed amounts.

5. User Data and Confidentiality

You retain all ownership rights to the documents, PDF pay applications, and spreadsheets uploaded to the Service. We process your documents solely for the purpose of executing the audit calculations and delivering audit reports. We do not sell or monetize your proprietary construction accounting data.

6. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The Service provides automated arithmetic verification and document assistance tools. While our algorithms strive for the highest degree of mathematical precision, PayApp Audit AI does not provide licensed architectural, engineering, certified public accounting (CPA), or legal services. General contractors and project accountants are responsible for final verification before releasing progress payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cuvo Technology or its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
