Cuvo Technology ("we," "our," or "us") operates PayApp Audit AI at payapp.cuvotech.com. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the sensitive commercial construction documents, financial spreadsheets, and contractor records uploaded to our platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When signing in via email or Google OAuth, we collect your email address and authentication identifier to manage your audit credits and subscription access.
• Uploaded Pay Application Documents: We temporarily process PDF documents containing AIA G702 summaries, G703 continuation sheets, contractor names, line-item scheduled values, and retainage figures.
• Billing Information: Payment processing is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials on our servers.

3. How We Use and Process Documents

Uploaded documents are processed exclusively in real-time through our secure cloud computing infrastructure (Vercel Serverless) and multimodal document extraction models (Google Cloud Enterprise Gemini APIs with zero-data-retention training policies). Your documents are never used to train public AI models and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted enterprise providers who adhere to strict privacy frameworks:

• Paddle.com: Payment processing, order management, and invoicing compliance.
• Supabase Inc.: User authentication and encrypted database storage with Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Vercel Inc.: Hosting infrastructure and Edge Network delivery with SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

Audit reports and generated spreadsheets are associated with your private account profile. You have the right at any time to request permanent deletion of your account and associated audit history by contacting us at contact@cuvotech.com.
